Kathy Wright, MDC Secretary
MDC Board member two years, club member four years. Club Secretary currently. Serves as MAL in the 33rd LD for the JCDP Executive Committee. Member of Board of Metropolitan Louisville Women’s Political Caucus. Treasurer for local chapter of The (Metro-Louisville) Women’s Network. Treasurer for Emerge Kentucky, candidate training program for Democratic Women. Volunteer for Kimberly Greenwell for State Senate, as well as co-district leader for Fischer for Mayor campaign. Volunteer for Yarmuth for Congress past two elections.

Owen Humphress, MDC Sergeant At Arms
Grew up in Taylor County and hauled riders to voter precincts at age 16. I've continued being active in politics. Worked at General Electric Company for 36 years retiring in 1991. I was active in the IUE Local 761 union where I was a steward and chief steward. I'm now active in the IUE-CWA retiree club and president of the Alliance for Retired Americans charter at Local 761.
I am currently involved: Metro Louisville Democratic Club - elected Sergeant-at-arms in 2007 and currently hold that position.Okolona Democratic Club which meets at Local 761. Shelby County Democratic Committee, Precinct Chairman of A101 West Finchville, Shelby County. Member of AARP for 25 years and a volunteer activist for 10 years. My main activity has been lobbying Frankfort and attending rallies around the State when needed. Member and serve on various committees of Simpsonville United Methodist Church.
Married to Linda Lane Humphress, have three grown children and five grandchildren.
